Description

Manage the integration and configuration of the Vertex tax engine within SAP Finance environments, owning end-to-end setup for accurate tax calculations and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Vertex tax engine settings to meet specific taxation requirements.
• Manage integration between Vertex and SAP Finance modules.
• Oversee Vertex processes to ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting.
• Maintain technical alignment between taxation logic and SAP Finance workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience working with the Vertex tax engine.
• Strong background in SAP Finance (SAP SD experience alone is not sufficient).
• Deep understanding of Vertex processes and configuration settings.
• Extensive knowledge of taxation principles and application.
• Proven experience managing Vertex and SAP Finance integrations.
• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-entity tax structures.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration patterns.
