Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP VIM solutions, focusing on invoice automation and process harmonization.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure OpenText VIM components, including Document Processing, Exception Handling, Approval Workflow, and Invoice Parking/Posting.
• Configure and enhance VIM Workflows using SAP Workflow and Fiori workflow tiles, supporting S/4HANA rollouts and migrations.
• Integrate VIM with S/4HANA FI-AP and MM P2P processes, managing GR/IR clearing, invoice matching, and PO/Non-PO invoice flows.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams on custom workflows, BTEs, BADIs, BAPIs, and interface enhancements, including OCR/ICR integrations.
• Execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression cycles while creating functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in SAP VIM.
• Hands-on expertise in OpenText VIM 7.x / 20.x and SAP S/4HANA (1709 or later).
• Strong configuration skills in SAP Fiori apps, including Fiori Inbox for approvals and analytical/transactional AP tiles.
• Deep functional knowledge of FI-AP and MM-P2P processes, including archiveLink and document capture.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize VIM-related Fiori apps and workflow monitoring (SBWP, Fiori Inbox).
• Experience with custom validations for DP/ICR/OCR and integrations with scanners or non-SAP systems.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM, Business Center, or Ariba Invoice Management.
• Exposure to cloud-based AP automation (e.g., VIM Cloud Edition) and Agile delivery methodologies.
