Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, and data capture processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform system assessments to drive process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis and SLA adherence.

Required Skills

• Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Proficiency in SAP VIM configuration, including workflow design and OCR integration.
• Experience integrating VIM with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of accounts payable processes and document management.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP VIM implementation and optimization projects.
• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM or similar document management systems.
• Strong project management skills to lead teams and manage project deliverables.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical incidents.

Preferred Skills

• SAP VIM certification.
