Description
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP ViM.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP ViM-related incidents and problems within SLAs.
- Gather requirements, design, and implement enhancements such as invoice automation, workflows, and rules.
- Configure and customize SAP ViM, including DP document types, workflows, and exception handling.
- Support integrations between SAP ECC/S/4HANA (MM, FI, AP), OpenText, and third-party vendors (EDI/XML).
- Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and manage version upgrades and patching.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of total experience, with 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP ViM implementation.
- Proficiency in SAP ViM and OpenText.
- Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration points (MM, FI, AP).
- Familiarity with development/customization using ABAP/BAPI/OpenText.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and JIRA for tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
