Description

You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP ViM, owning incident resolution, system enhancements, and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP ViM incidents within SLAs.
• Gather requirements and implement enhancements including invoice automation, workflows, and rules.
• Configure and customize SAP ViM, managing DP document types, workflows, and exception handling.
• Support integrations between SAP ECC/S/4HANA (MM, FI, AP), OpenText, and third-party vendors via EDI/XML.
• Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and manage version upgrades and patching.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total experience with 8+ years hands-on SAP ViM implementation.
• Deep proficiency in SAP ViM and OpenText.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration points (MM, FI, AP).
• Familiarity with ABAP/BAPI/OpenText for development and customization.
• Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager and JIRA for tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
