Description

You will manage and optimize the end-to-end invoice processing workflow within SAP VIM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end invoice processing workflows.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to streamline processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot VIM-related issues.
• Train and support end-users on VIM functionalities and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Proven experience with SAP VIM module configuration and management.
• Deep understanding of SAP ERP and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and associated financial processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in VIM or related modules.
