Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize all VIM components including Archive Server, Document Pipeline, and ICC for automated invoice data entry.
• Manage end-to-end VIM implementations, including upgrades from version 7.5 to 16.3 for S/4HANA compatibility.
• Develop business blueprints, functional specifications, and technical specifications for custom programs and enhancements.
• Execute testing, troubleshooting, and code reviews to ensure performance and correctness using HPQC.
• Coordinate the transport of changes and manage version and service pack upgrades.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on SAP VIM and OpenText.
• 8+ years of experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) version 7.5 and above.
• Deep technical expertise in VIM Workflow configuration, WF troubleshooting, RFC, and Dialog Programming.
• Proficiency in Function Modules, SAP scripts, User Exits, BADI, BTE, and Data Dictionary Objects.
• Experience with ICC (Optical Character Recognition) and EDI payment setup.
• Strong integration skills across FI-MM (Procure to Pay) and SAP FICO.
• Hands-on experience with Classical & Interactive ALV Reports, Screen Painter, and Menu Painter.
• Proven ability in reconciling test cases and managing business-driven processes for 2-3 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, IS/IT, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of performance tuning using SQL Trace and RFC Trace.
• Functional familiarity with SD, MM, and HR modules.
