Description

You will manage complex pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates within the pharmaceutical commercial operations landscape.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Gross-to-Net (G2N) processes, including the analysis of rebates, chargebacks, discounts, and returns.
• Identify and quantify revenue leakage caused by pricing errors, contract non-compliance, or supply chain inefficiencies.
• Configure and maintain Visex solutions on top of SAP to handle intricate pharmaceutical pricing structures.
• Integrate commercial data within centralized repositories and SAP modules.
• Ensure all data processes and reporting comply with US healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience in relevant functional areas.
• Expertise in SAP Visex for managing incentives and rebates.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), FI-CO (Finance and Controlling), and MM (Materials Management).
• Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical Gross-to-Net (G2N) analytics.
• Familiarity with US regulatory landscapes, including HIPAA and CCPA.
• Experience managing complex commercial data architectures.
