Description

You will design, configure, and implement SAP Vistex Loyalty Management solutions for customer loyalty, rewards, promotions, and rebate programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure loyalty program components including membership, tier management, points accrual/redemption, reward catalogs, campaigns, and voucher management.
• Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, CRM, Commerce, POS, S/4HANA, and CAR.
• Design interfaces with external systems using SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, OData, and Web Services.
• Define qualification, earning, redemption rules, expiration policies, and customer segmentation.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials; support UAT and production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Vistex Loyalty Management.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Experience integrating with SAP SD and CRM.
• Proficiency with SAP Commerce and POS systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, OData, and Web Services.
• Ability to collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAR (Customer Account Reconciliation).
• Background in solution architecture discussions.
