Description

You will manage lead-to-lead support and delivery of enhancements within SAP Vistex.

Responsibilities

• Lead support activities for SAP Vistex implementations and maintenance.
• Drive the delivery of system enhancements and functional updates.
• Manage end-to-end support workflows between technical and business leads.
• Oversee functional processes related to pricing, claims, and chargebacks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• Direct experience working with SAP Vistex.
• Hands-on expertise in pricing processes.
• Functional knowledge of claims management.
• Experience handling chargebacks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
