Description

You will provide functional support for SAP logistics applications, focusing on the order-to-cash business process and warehouse management operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident tickets and change requests for small to medium modifications.
• Support Warehouse Management teams during current WM operations and upcoming eWM implementations.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates to consultants, vendors, and corporate teammates.
• Prioritize critical issues impacting operations and system stability.
• Contribute to documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of business applications.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SAP WM and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) within S4 environments.
• 5+ years of related functional experience.
• Completion of at least 2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Cross-functional knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) business processes.
• Understanding of external systems interfacing with SAP.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while managing competing demands.
