Description

Provide functional support for customized SAP applications within logistics and order-to-cash business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident management tickets and execute change requests for small to medium modifications.
• Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and corporate teammates to resolve functional issues.
• Support the Warehouse Management team to prepare for future SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) implementation.
• Contribute to documentation, standardization processes, and continuous improvement of business applications.
• Prioritize critical issues impacting operations and system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in SAP functional analysis.
• Extensive expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
• Experience completing at least 2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of external systems interfacing with SAP.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash business processes.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) and future S4 versions.
