Description
You will manage SAP plant maintenance and customer service modules within a utilities industry environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure utilities-specific solutions to plan, define, and execute complex, interdependent work.
- Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance with external scheduling and work execution software.
- Develop end-to-end solutions for business processes by building relationships with business partners.
- Apply IT principles, methods, and practices to solve complex technical problems in the utility area.
- Manage quality assurance processes, including testing requirements and system design.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service modules.
- Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
- Extensive experience in implementation or support within the Utilities Industry.
- Proven experience in system design and application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality assurance principles and testing requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage customer-facing relationships and business partner requirements.
Education
