Description

You will design and configure SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service solutions for utilities clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure utilities-specific solutions to plan and execute complex, interdependent work.
• Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance with external scheduling and work execution software.
• Develop end-to-end business process solutions by collaborating with business partners.
• Manage quality assurance processes, including testing requirements and system design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service modules.
• Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
• Extensive implementation or support experience within the Utilities Industry.
• Proven experience in system design and application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality assurance principles and testing requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage customer-facing relationships and business partner requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying IT principles to solve complex technical problems in the utility area.
