Description

You will provide IT support for supply chain and master data operations using SAP ECC and SAP APO applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support global Supply Planning and MSL client domains to address business requirements.
• Resolve user service requests according to SLA criticality.
• Test system enhancements, bug fixes, and technical solutions.
• Write functional specifications based on specific business cases.
• Develop job aids, procedures, and manage end-user change management and training.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with SAP APO/SNP working with complex networks.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC and its interaction with MM and SD modules.
• Expertise in CIF configuration and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and planning process flows.
• Strong analytical skills for functional specification development.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without multiple levels of approval.
• 8+ years total working experience.
• Any Graduate education.

• Effective communication skills for interfacing with geographically dispersed teams.
