Description

You will support SAP SuccessFactors implementations and process optimizations based in San Antonio, TX, working on-site one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes using industry-standard tools.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system alignment with requirements.
• Manage tasks and requirements tracking within Jira.
• Facilitate system integration processes across the SAP landscape.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio or Planview PPM Pro.
• Strong experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience using Jira for project and task management.
• Proven system integration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
