Description

You will manage SAS platform administration and offshore support operations, ensuring service stability and SLA adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with onshore leads for service management, release planning, and escalation management.
• Resolve support and operational issues while maintaining the Horizon SAS Run Book.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality benchmarking, and accurate status reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve operational concerns and participate in DR exercises.
• Maintain and enhance SAS Server standards and best practices documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in SAS Admin Support.
• Proven experience in SAS Admin Support Lead functions.
• Expertise in escalation management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage release planning and status reporting.
• Experience coordinating between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Background in maintaining technical run books and standard operating procedures.
