Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize the SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence suite and its underlying Grid infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, report, and control SAS Server usage across the environment.
• Debug and resolve issues at both the data and infrastructure levels.
• Tune the SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence Server Platform to optimize performance.
• Manage and escalate technical issues following established ITIL support practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with the SAS EBI suite.
• Hands-on experience with SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.4 Grid platforms.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and support practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating SAS Enterprise Server to SAS Grid in Linux.
• Experience with infrastructure analysis tools such as Ganglia or App Dynamics.
• Ability to schedule and monitor jobs via Tivoli Work Scheduler or LSF.
