Description

Manage the operation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide SAS Analytics Environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAS product installations, upgrades, and patches within a UNIX environment.
• Configure SAS products and output channels for optimal performance.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve SAS production support incidents.
• Maintain in-place programs and execute disaster recovery procedures.
• Research and recommend hardware and SAS software improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting multi-terabyte, enterprise-wide SAS environments.
• Expert SQL skills with strong knowledge of relational database design and data warehouse best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MySQL, and Teradata.
• Expertise in SAS analytic capabilities including statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modelling, and data mining.
• Understanding of systems, networking, and storage infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Database Design.
• Background in Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting environments serving multiple business units.
