Description

Manage and support SAS infrastructure, including SAS 9.x and SAS Viya environments, ensuring stability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SAS Grid and SAS Viya platforms.
• Provide UNIX/Linux environment support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts (Bash) and Python utilities for automation.
• Monitor system health and manage service requests via ServiceNow or Jira.
• Support data integration with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and Hadoop.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAS Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with SAS 9.x and SAS Viya (3.5/4).
• Strong RHEL/Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash) skills.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira for ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS Visual Analytics (VA).
• Familiarity with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Hadoop ecosystems.
