Description

Manage and optimize large-scale SAS analytics infrastructure, including Grid and Viya environments, migrations, security, and performance tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, optimize, and support SAS Grid and SAS Viya environments.
• Execute migrations between SAS Grid and SAS Viya platforms.
• Implement security strategies and performance optimization for analytics infrastructure.
• Manage SAS Grid high availability, failover requirements, and storage architecture using Amazon FSx for Lustre.
• Monitor SAS Grid usage, alerts, and load balancing to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on production experience.
• Extensive administration experience with SAS Grid.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing SAS Viya environments.
• Proficiency with core AWS services.
• Strong experience working within Linux environments.
• Expertise in troubleshooting SAS Development and Management Tools.
• Experience with SAS Grid usage tracking and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon FSx for Lustre storage architecture.
