Description

You will migrate data processing logic from SAS to PySpark and support the ongoing validation of data integrity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Convert SAS code to PySpark, ensuring accurate logic transfer and functionality.
• Collaborate with the Data Validation team to verify SAS output against PySpark results.
• Document and communicate existing SAS code functionality to PySpark developers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising during the migration process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAS, including Base SAS and SAS/Macros.
• Strong working knowledge of PySpark for data processing.
• Expertise in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and functions.
• Experience with SAS tools and data validation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data migration projects.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks.
