Description

Develop and maintain data integration processes using SAS, with a focus on migrating logic to Python and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Refactor existing SAS code into efficient, automated, and maintainable scripts.
• Migrate complex SAS frameworks and logic to Python and Spark technologies.
• Perform SAS administration, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and program scheduling.
• Maintain DB2 queries and modify CL jobs as required.
• Design and produce mapping documents for data processes.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience developing, configuring, and administering SAS solutions.
• Strong expertise in SAS 9.1.4, SAS Studio, SAS Enterprise Studio, macros, and programs.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Advanced SQL skills with specific experience in DB2 queries.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies, specifically EC2 and Redshift.
• Experience with BMC Control-M for job scheduling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and CT integration for automated code deployment and testing.
• Ability to analyze, code, test, debug, and document complex SAS dynamic logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating complex SAS frameworks to Python and Spark.
