Description

You will develop and maintain SAS programs for data processing, reporting, and ETL workflows. You will own data extraction, transformation, and validation tasks while ensuring data quality and integrity across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Base SAS, Macro, and PROC SQL code for data processing and reporting.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation (ETL) using SAS and relational databases.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and design reports or dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and ensure consistency across systems.
• Optimize SAS code for performance and support production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Base SAS, SAS Macros, and PROC SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Data Step programming and data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting client deliverables in an onsite/offshore team model.
• Familiarity with performance tuning for SAS applications.
