Description

You will develop and maintain data solutions within a data-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and reliable data solutions for moving data across systems in real-time and batch modes.
• Develop automation solutions in data engineering using Agile constructs.
• Support applications by providing fixes for production defects and implementing enhancements.
• Evaluate defects, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Provide production support and communicate incident resolutions clearly.

Required Skills

• 4 years’ ETL experience using SAS, SQL, Unix, Shell Scripting, DB2/Sybase, Control-M/AutoSys.
• Strong data analytical skills with complex data sources, including databases and text files.
• Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Unix, Shell Scripting, DB2/Sybase, and Control-M/AutoSys.
• 2-4 years of experience delivering solutions using the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of overall working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Java, DataStage, and AWS.
