Description
You will support and troubleshoot critical business systems running on the SAS Platform.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAS Platform-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.
- Maintain compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with the SAS Platform.
- Proficiency in SAS Platform administration and support.
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAS Analytics.
