Description

You will design data conversion strategies, real-time analytics, and reporting solutions for Medicaid Enterprise Solution components.

Responsibilities

• Identify data sources and elements to satisfy specific business requirements.
• Develop and support automated data extracts, interface processes, and analytics dashboards.
• Design, develop, and test solutions for complex business requirements.
• Modify existing processes and create technical documentation, including flow diagrams and test results.
• Collaborate with business users, external agencies, and vendors to meet project target dates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Visual Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with SAS programming, R, and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL tools, data integration, and process automation.
• 5+ years of experience following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• 5 years of experience providing effort estimates and technical documentation.
• 2 years of experience with GIT version control and GIT workflows.
• 1 year of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
• 1 year of experience with SAS scheduler.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Governance.
• Experience with MongoDB, SAS Viya, SAS Administration, or Qlik.
• Experience with Talend or working knowledge of JSON, XML, and Parquet.
