Description

You will design data conversion strategies, real-time analytics, and reporting solutions for Medicaid Enterprise Solution components including Care Management and Encounter Processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify data sources and elements to satisfy specific business requirements.
• Create and support automated data extracts, interface processes, and analytics dashboards.
• Design, develop, and test solutions for complex business logic.
• Modify existing processes and documentation to meet evolving agency needs.
• Collaborate with business users, external agencies, and vendors to ensure technical alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAS programming and SAS Enterprise Guide.
• 5+ years of experience with R and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL tools and Business Analytics tools.
• 5+ years of experience with SAS scheduler.
• 5+ years of experience using SDLC methodologies and providing effort estimates.
• 5+ years of experience creating technical design documentation, flow diagrams, and test results.
• 2+ years of experience with GIT version control and GIT workflows.
• 1+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Governance.
• Experience with SAS Viya, SAS Administration, or Qlik.
• Experience with MongoDB or Talend.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, multi-schema files, and parquet.
