You will design, develop, and test data-driven solutions to meet agency requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex solutions using established Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
• Automate processes and manage data integration, architecture, and visualization workflows.
• Create technical documentation including design specifications, flow diagrams, test results, and user guides.
• Communicate technical findings and project status to technical colleagues and business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAS programming and SAS Enterprise Guide.
• 5+ years of experience with R and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL tools and Business Analytics tools.
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization and visual analytics for reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and process automation.
• 2+ years of experience with GIT version control and GIT workflows.
• 2+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS scheduler.
• Experience with software build automation across multiple platforms.
