Apply SAS and Power BI to drive quality improvement and population health analysis through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using SAS and Power BI to communicate actionable insights.
• Apply Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to healthcare data and processes.
• Design program evaluations, including survey and focus group facilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with provider engagement, operations, and analytics teams to align quality improvement goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of clinical and operational outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SAS programming.
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile development within health IT systems.
• 3+ years of experience in program evaluation and research methodology.
• 3+ years of experience in population health analysis and leveraging health data.
• 3+ years of experience applying Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in project management and task prioritization.
• 3+ years of experience synthesizing complex data for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
