Description

Lead technical development, data analysis, and the implementation of health IT solutions using SAS and Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the usage and support of development platforms, technical architectures, and business applications.
• Perform data analysis, visual design, testing, and implementation of software and data products.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with provider engagement, operations, and analytics teams to align quality improvement goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SAS programming and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and population health analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development principles in a health IT environment.
• 3+ years of experience in program evaluation and research methodology.
• 3+ years of experience applying quality improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.
• Proven ability to manage complex work efforts and provide leadership to other team members.
• Strong technical documentation and software maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct assistance.
