Description

You will document existing SAS processes and create standardized run-books to ensure repeatable execution of daily, weekly, and month-end cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create run-books that outline clear execution steps for all automated and manual SAS processes.
• Document data ingestion workflows for external feeds and capture all generated SAS data outputs, reports, and extracts.
• Map the sequence of SAS processes and record any manual adjustments required during job execution.
• Collaborate with the Lead Data Engineer to automate data ingestion and explore automation for data extraction.
• Evaluate the feasibility of converting SAS data sets or CSV extracts into MS SQL or Azure SQL tables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAS programming and data management.
• Proficiency with SAS Data.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Experience working with Azure SQL.
• Ability to document complex technical workflows and process dependencies.
• Experience managing month-end, weekly, and daily automated job cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
