Description

You will maintain SAS environments and build ETL workflows for data operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data into SAS datasets.
• Support SAS 9.4 and SAS Viya (3.3, 3.5, 4) for daily operations and scheduled job execution.
• Perform migration activities, converting SAS EG .EGP files to SAS Viya .Flow.
• Monitor scheduled backups and restores, implementing a formal, regularly scheduled backup process.
• Review SAS logs to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAS-based analytics or data operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAS 9.4 (base and advanced).
• Hands-on experience with SAS Viya 3.3, 3.5, and 4 (base and advanced).
• Proven migration experience converting SAS EG .EGP to SAS Viya .Flow.
• Strong ETL experience in SAS datasets, including data quality checks, cleansing, and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related analytics fields.
