Description

You will support and maintain critical SAS data processing workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing SAS programs and ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Document support procedures, job flows, and issue resolutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS EG, and SAS DI Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL and Unix/Linux scripting.
• Experience with job scheduling tools, specifically Control-M and LSF.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
• Knowledge of Linux environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
