You will design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design use cases and solution requirements, mapping business needs to technical specifications via traceability matrices.
• Lead IGA implementations covering identity lifecycle, role management, SOD, and workflow development.
• Configure custom reports, dashboards, and access certification processes.
• Integrate IGA platforms with ITSM tools, HRM systems, and directory services.
• Execute role mining and implement RBAC/ABAC models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IGA architecture and advisory.
• Proven track record of completing 2-5 full IGA implementations.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and advanced SQL/RDBMS querying.
• Experience with web services including REST, JSON, SCIM, SOAP, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with SPML and web/app servers.
• Competency in Unix Shell or Perl scripting and managing batch jobs.
• Experience integrating with Jira, ServiceNow, ADP, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of IGA domains: auditing, reporting, user activity monitoring, and access certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PAM and SSO tools.
