Description

Lead Saviynt IAM solutions and provide L3 support for client environments in rotational shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support and administration for the Saviynt product.
• Design and configure IAM solutions including Access Review, SODs, and RBAC.
• Lead work streams on small to medium-sized projects and manage client expectations.
• Onboard applications into Saviynt and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Identify technical issues and communicate opportunities to senior team members.

Required Skills

• 60+ months of experience in Identity or Access Management domain.
• Expertise in Saviynt administration and L3 support.
• Experience with CyberArk Sentry.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of Java or Python.
• Understanding of Git and code repository concepts.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading small to medium-sized project work streams.
