Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Saviynt IAM implementation and support activities.
• Design, configure, and support Saviynt integrations, connectors, and workflows.
• Implement platform enhancements based on business and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, workflow issues, and production incidents.
• Support Saviynt deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage change, release, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and support guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, automation, and support efficiency.

Experience Required

• 5-14 years of experience in IAM and Saviynt implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt platform implementation and configuration.
• Good experience with IAM integrations, connectors, and workflows.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration and production issues.
• Experience working across development, test, and production environments.
• Good understanding of IAM processes and access governance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with change management and release processes.
• Knowledge of IAM governance and security practices.
• Experience with automation and platform optimization.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and third-party vendors.
