Description

You will provide technical support and manage integrations within the Saviynt ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Business as Usual activities, including ticket resolution and system rollouts.
• Execute and maintain Saviynt integrations.
• Handle L1 support tasks and routine system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using strong communication skills.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in a support or technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt 24.x.
• Saviynt L100 certification or equivalent required knowledge.
• Experience managing Active Directory (AD) integrations.
• Experience with SAP integration.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
