Description

Configure and troubleshoot SCADA systems to ensure availability, reliability, and security across office and field environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot SCADA components, including industrial LTE routers and low-voltage Real-Time Automation Controllers.
• Program communication paths for SCADA equipment in partnership with client engineering teams to ensure secure data flow.
• Perform data analysis and root-cause evaluations to resolve SCADA software component errors.
• Maintain system databases and spreadsheets to track SCADA data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and project managers to manage equipment inventory and acquisition.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for teamwork and client collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within NYC and Westchester.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories low-voltage Real-Time Automation Controllers and Digi LTE Routers.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as DNP3, TCP/IP, RS-232, and RS-485.
• Familiarity with MS Visio and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
