Description

You will design, develop, and implement SCADA and PLC systems for automobile manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Siemens PLC and WinCC systems using Ladder, FBD, and SCL programming.
• Gather functional and technical requirements through stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews.
• Perform AS IS studies to define TO BE plans for MES interfaces and ERP integration.
• Develop client-specific documentation including FRS and BRS documents.
• Execute system testing, simulation, and commissioning for manufacturing control systems.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience with Siemens PLC TIA Portal and Siemens WinCC.
• Proficiency in Ladder, FBD, and SCL programming.
• Experience in manufacturing system design, development, configuration, and implementation.
• Knowledge of MSSQL and basic database management.
• Understanding of Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Traceability, and Product Quality.
• Ability to identify business-critical KPIs and understand customer business processes.
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent IT industry exposure.

Preferred Skills

• Functional experience with Ignition SCADA.
• Experience with MES and ERP integration.
• Previous project experience in the automobile manufacturing industry.
