Description

You will design and develop enterprise-scale ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution across firm systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL processes integrating with multiple systems.
• Perform business analysis to implement requirements in Scala alongside BA/QA teams.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology teams, including Books & Records and Pricing Systems.
• Work within Agile methodologies, coordinating with global business and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Scala SDK 2.11.12 or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
• Expert knowledge of Spring Framework, Web Services (REST/SOAP), MQ, Kafka, and Databases (Db2/SQL).
• Working experience with Autosys or similar job scheduling platforms.
• Expert knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Design Patterns.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tooling.
• Experience grasping requirements for large enterprise applications, including security and entitlements.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of building applications in the Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and scripting languages.
