Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Scala in a hands-on engineering role.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend solutions using Kafka and NoSQL databases like CosmosDB and Cassandra.
• Manage and deploy applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the production environment.
• Work independently to meet development goals and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise with Scala and the Akka framework.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, CosmosDB, and Cassandra.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies including Docker and AKS.
• Familiarity with Kibana/Elastic Search for monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
