Description

You will develop and maintain services using Scala, focusing on functional programming principles and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement features using functional programming principles.
• Develop and maintain microservices interacting via RESTful APIs.
• Design and manage data structures utilizing RDF.
• Integrate services within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Manage deployment using CI/CD tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Scala development.
• Strong understanding of functional programming (Monads, Functors, Type Classes).
• Experience with concurrency frameworks like Akka, Cats Effect, or ZIO.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Scala build tools (sbt, Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with RDF.
