You will build and maintain scalable applications using Scala and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Scala.
• Implement RESTful APIs to ensure compatibility across various clients.
• Manage microservices architecture to improve application modularity.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scala Developer.
• Strong expertise with the Scalatra framework.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs.
• Significant experience developing and managing microservices.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
