Description

You will lead the development of horizontally scalable, high-performance distributed applications and mission-critical software components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributed, scalable applications using Scala and/or Java.
• Design and implement solutions for real-time or batch heavy data processing.
• Build multi-threaded and parallel processing architectures to solve complex engineering problems.
• Gather requirements and perform basic data analysis as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Scala and/or Java.
• Experience building distributed, scalable applications with multi-threading and parallel processing.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka, ZooKeeper, Spark, and HDFS.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
