Description

You will build real-time data processing systems and RESTful microservices using the Typelevel stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Scala, Akka HTTP, and Akka Streams.
• Collaborate on technical architecture, tool selection, and process improvements within an agile team.
• Review code and provide feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
• Champion TDD and pair programming to ensure clean, resilient, and scalable code.
• Coach fellow developers and contribute to DevOps and GitOps engineering culture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Scala and the Typelevel stack.
• Hands-on experience with Akka HTTP and Akka Streams.
• Experience with Kafka and Cassandra.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with GCP or AWS.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience evolving personalization services using machine learning.
