Description

You will develop backend services using Scala and the ZIO framework, ensuring scalable and functional code. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain scalable backend code using Scala.
• Implement functional programming patterns with the ZIO framework.
• Manage application data storage using DynamoDB.
• Deploy and manage services within AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Scala.
• Hands-on experience with the ZIO framework.
• Experience working with AWS services.
• Experience with DynamoDB for data management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other AWS managed services beyond DynamoDB.
