Description

You will design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications using Scala on AWS infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Spark applications using Scala.
• Build and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Utilize AWS services including EMR, S3, EC2, Redshift, and Athena.
• Apply knowledge of Hadoop and MapR ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software design and development.
• Extensive experience with Scala.
• Proficiency in Spark.
• Experience with AWS services: EMR, S3, EC2, Redshift, and Athena.
• Knowledge of Hadoop and MapR.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Snowflake.
