Description

You will build and maintain data processing solutions within a Linux-based Hadoop ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Spark and Scala.
• Manage data within the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, Hive, and HBase.
• Develop process flow diagrams and business models to solve complex data problems.
• Deliver technical objectives within defined timelines and under pressure.
• Communicate technical processes and decision-making clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Big Data development.
• Proficiency with Spark and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Hive, HDFS, and SQL.
• Experience working within a Linux-based Hadoop ecosystem (Impala, HBase, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills including business modelling and process flow design.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time data processing using Spark Streaming.
