Description

Drive product delivery by applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles within a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog by defining, prioritizing, and managing user stories and features.
• Develop and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and stakeholders to validate evolving solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, including the documentation of acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release planning, sprint planning, and cross-team dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
• Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing based on business value.
• Proficiency with Jira Software and Confluence.
• Experience using Jira Align.
• Ability to use LucidCharts for documentation or mapping.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
